The Hunter Valley is world renowned for Semillon and its unique style. Refined lemon/lime aromatics, subtle floral notes with mineral and wet stone, a hint of green melon fruit.
Delicate and subtle lemon citrus fruit flavours on entry with juicy yet silky acidity carry the flavour of this wine to a persistent finish. While this wine drinks well in its youth, it’s true character will be realised with careful cellaring for at least 5 years.
Food – Oysters, Salt and Pepper Calamari or Scallops
Cellaring – now but best from 5 to 10 years
