From a great Hunter Vintage this Shiraz captures the essence of Australia’s oldest grape-growing and wine producing region at its finest.
Ripe and concentrated Shiraz berry fruit characters pervade the nose and palate of this wine. Spicy plum and subtle herbal and floral nuances add depth and complexity. Structured tannins and finely balanced acidity weave a bed of textured mouth feel with length and persistence. A wine for the cellar.
Food – Charcoal Grilled Wagyu Rump with Duck Fat Chat Potatoes or a lump of well-aged Cheddar
