Made from 100% Hunter Valley Chardonnay this Blanc de Blancs has been crafted using the tradition method of bottle fermentation. Subtle stone fruit aromatics are entwined with Brioche like complexity from extended lees contact producing an abundant bouquet. Delicate citrus flavours are focused and carried by refined yet vibrant acidity giving length and persistence. The texture of this wine is further enhanced by the fine mousse producing volume and an elegant finish.
